Hazelwood is a co-educational, inter-denominational school for children and young people aged from 2-19 years. The school capacity provides for a maximum of 60 pupils. It is a purpose built school designed to meet the requirements of pupils and is set in a beautiful wooded setting adjacent to Bellahouston Park.

All parents/carers agreed staff had the skills and experience to care for their child and support their learning and development and stated their child appeared happy and confident with the staff. Comments included; 'All the staff are brilliant', 'The school nurse is brilliant' and 'All the staff are fantastic'. One parent commented that all the staff including management, keyworkers, nursing, support, domestic, catering and administrative were great and friendly.
